Eventskis (“we”, “us”) is building software for event organizers and vendors. This policy explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it. Right now the site is a waitlist for our upcoming product.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• What describes you best (for example “student club” or “vendor”), if you choose to tell us.
• How you found us, if the link you used included a referral tag (for example ?ref=instagram).
• Basic technical data that our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To email you about Eventskis: when early access opens, and occasional product updates.
• To understand who is interested (for example, how many signups are student clubs versus night markets).
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this site for us: website hosting, our database provider, and our email provider. They process data on our behalf and aren't allowed to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we use privacy-friendly analytics that don't set cookies or follow you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to contact you about Eventskis.

Your choices and rights

• Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
• You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@eventskis.com.
• If you live in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.

Children

This site isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be emailed to the waitlist.
